Damaged or Defective Products:

We will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. Please ensure to report any damage within 14 days of receiving the product.
General Returns:
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact us at info@trusmilesurgical.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in its original packaging.
